You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself - the product only works honestly if you do - and to keep your login credentials private. One account per person; accounts are not transferable.

Respect consent, in the app and on dates. No harassment, no impersonation, no catfishing, no commercial solicitation, and no use of another member's information outside the product. Use safety reporting honestly. We may suspend or remove accounts that put other members at risk, and we cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires.

Matches, compatibility explanations, date plans, and relationship guidance are informed suggestions, not guarantees or professional advice. Red String does not replace emergency services, therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. If you feel unsafe, contact local emergency services first; in-app tools can block and report but are not an emergency response system.

Dating on Red String is free. Relationship Membership - the copilot for couples - is a paid subscription covering both accepted partners in one relationship space, with pricing shown at /pricing before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel any time in Settings and you keep access through the period you paid for. Deleting your account cancels your subscription. Safety features are never behind the paywall.

You own what you share with Red String. You grant us only the license needed to operate the product for you - for example, showing your profile to a mutually consented introduction, or generating your couple's Weekly Check-in. We do not use your private content for advertising, and our Privacy Policy governs how data is handled, exported, and deleted.

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to be reliable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service or particular outcomes - chemistry remains gloriously outside our control. To the maximum extent the law allows, Red String's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can stop using Red String and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may update features and these terms as the product grows; if a change meaningfully affects your rights, we'll notify you in the app before it takes effect, and continued use after notice is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
